Ask Rajvi whether a business can scale and you won't get a hunch, you'll get an engineer's answer. As Partner - Strategic Partnerships & Growth for North America at TGC Capital Partners, she reads growth-stage companies the way she reads code, looking straight past the pitch to how the thing is actually built. She joined after nearly four years as a software engineer at Bloomberg in New York, where she built data products spanning 45+ financial regulations across 50 million financial instruments, then the platform behind Bloomberg's enterprise data for institutional clients. An Ivy League engineer, she holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was Head Teaching Assistant for the flagship databases course, and is pursuing an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management, living between New York and Boston. A committed champion of women in technology, she brings that same engineering rigour to how TGC builds partnerships and backs founders across North America.
