How the diagnostic works
The questions cover five readiness dimensions: product-market fit signal, retention durability, operating efficiency, management depth, and capital strategy. Each question scores 1–4. The aggregate maps to one of three readiness tiers and the personalised report explains where the gaps are.
The diagnostic is free, takes ~8 minutes, and produces a score plus tier output instantly. Submitting your contact details at the end is optional - we’ll send a more detailed personalised report by email if you opt in. Email goes to TGC’s investment team and is handled in line with the privacy policy.
What we do with the answers
Two things, both transparent. (1) Your answers help us calibrate which gaps are common in the cohort of founders engaging with TGC; this informs our portfolio playbook. (2) If the score and your contact details suggest TGC could be a fit, the regional partner who covers your geography reaches out within five business days. No third parties get the data; nothing is sold.
