What happens after you apply

1. First reply - within 5 business days. If the fit looks structurally right, we’ll schedule a 60-minute call with the regional partner who covers your geography.
2. Diagnostic phase - 60 to 90 days. If the call confirms fit, we run a structured diagnostic: operating-thesis development, embedded-team scoping, and term-sheet conversation.
3. Investment decision. Capital deployment in tranches, with the first deployed at closing and subsequent tranches against operating milestones the founder helps define.
