OSLO, 5 September 2025 - TGC Capital Partners, the operator-led growth equity platform of the Gateway Group operating organisation, today announced the appointment of Gaute Green-Stensrud as Partner - Investment & Portfolio Affairs. Gaute brings over two decades of Nordic operating experience scaling high-growth software companies and will lead scaleup engagements across the Nordic region with primary coverage of Norway and Sweden.
About the appointment
Gaute’s focus is on €1M–€5M ARR B2B SaaS companies pursuing commercial expansion and operating-governance maturity. The role spans engagement origination, operating-thesis authorship alongside founders, and the deployment of embedded engineering and GTM capacity from the Gateway Group operating bench into TGC’s Nordic portfolio.
Background
Gaute has spent over twenty years building and scaling Nordic high-growth businesses, with a particular focus on sales leadership, business development, and commercial cadence build-out for scaleup-stage software companies. His operating experience covers Nordic-native software companies in B2B SaaS, vertical software, and tech-enabled services - the categories that map directly to TGC’s scaleup-catalyst engagement model.
